I am so sorry everyone for not writing in so long! I don't even know what to say to catch up! First I should probably inform everyone that I have less than three weeks left here in Ensenada. We leave for Pachuka (an area in Mexico City) in about three weeks. We will spend two weeks there. Then we will fly to Leticia, Colombia and spend three weeks there. Then we will spend the remaining time split up between Cartagena, Colombia and Bocachica, Colombia. Bocachica is an island just north of Cartagena. The time before we leave is going to be crazy. This week is our last speaker, David Stevenson. Next week we will be spending Monday through Wednesday at the Tecate base. I'm not sure exactly what we will be doing. Then Thursday through Sunday we will be doing something called NIKO. It is an intense wilderness camping trip thing. As if I haven't done enough of that in my life with Honey Rock... But this one is going to be even more intense. More details to come on that fun detour. Then we have a week of memorizing dramas and just preparing for outreach.
I'd also like to say, before I forget, thank you to everyone who has sent me birthday cards and/or packages! And just letters in general. I loooooooove getting mail! And it's so exciting to see that people havent forgotten me and are sending me things! I just want to say that I'm sorry that I haven't been able to write any thank yous or anything. I've been crazy busy, as you can tell from my lack of writing on my blog... So I just want to make sure everyone knows how grateful I am. I really really appreciate all of you so much!
Ok what else... I can't remember the last thing I wrote on.... So I don't really know what to talk about. But right now I'm actually supposed to be writing a Bible story in spanish... so I should probably go do that. Oh shoot I only have eight minutes left. Ok well I love and miss you all!!! I hope everyone is doing great and having a great year. I hope you have all gotten past the freezing cold winter and are beginning to thaw. I have an easy solution for you if that's something you're struggling with- come visit me! Ok anyways... have a great day.

Where does the time go! It is exciting to hear that you will be going out from Ensenada now with all that you have learned and be challenged in a new area of growth with the Gospel. We continue to pray for you and think of you. Last night we watched " A day in the life of Sophie Penner" It was good to see you as the librarian! We miss you and hope you are doing well.
